IMPORTANT: We are distributors and advisors, not fund managers. We do not manage funds directly but help you select and invest in appropriate mutual fund schemes based on your financial goals and risk profile.
3. Client Obligations and Responsibilities
3.1 Accurate Information
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your financial situation, goals, and risk tolerance
- Update us promptly about any material changes in your financial circumstances
- Complete all required KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation accurately
- Maintain valid and updated contact information

- You acknowledge that all investment decisions are ultimately your responsibility
- Our recommendations are based on the information you provide and market conditions at the time
- You have the right to accept or reject any recommendation we provide

4. Fees and Charges

- Advisory Fees: Separate advisory fees as agreed upon for specific services
- Trail Commissions: Ongoing commissions on assets under advisory

4.3 Third-Party Charges
You are responsible for any charges levied by mutual fund companies, banks, or other third parties, including but not limited to exit loads, transaction charges, and demat charges.
5. Investment Risks and Disclaimers

MUTUAL FUND INVESTMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO MARKET RISKS. READ ALL SCHEME RELATED DOCUMENTS CAREFULLY BEFORE INVESTING.
You acknowledge and understand that:
- All investments carry inherent risks, including the risk of loss of principal

- Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably
- Returns are not guaranteed and may vary significantly
- Mutual fund NAVs are subject to market fluctuations
5.2 No Guaranteed Returns
We do not guarantee any specific returns or profits from investments. Any projections or estimates provided are based on historical data and assumptions that may not materialize.
5.3 Suitability Assessment
Our recommendations are based on the information you provide and our assessment of suitability. However, the ultimate suitability of any investment can only be determined by you based on your complete financial picture.
6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We shall not be liable for any investment losses you may incur

In any event, our maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Kurukshetra, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and NovaRock Advisory regarding the use of our services.
